Grading And Class Descriptions

8th Grade American History
Students will study Pre-Columbian History up to the Reconstruction Period of the Civil War. Students will also participate in Current Event Trivia on a bi-monthly basis.

7th Grade World Cultures
Students will explore World History and the cultures created during the historical period. Students will also participate in Current Event Trivia on a bi-monthly basis.

Grading:
Grades are determined by the total points earned by the student. Tests, quizzes, projects, current events, and daily work are all weighted equally. Most points are earned with the daily work.
