My Teaching Philosophy

Learning is not an event --- it is a process. This process requires the learner and the teacher to work together constantly to reach the goal of learning. I believe we need to teach our students to be active learners: our society is changing at such a rapid pace that we, as educators, will never to be able to teach all they will need to know in order to become active citizens in society. By teaching the skills, they will be able to adapt to the changes in society and become the leaders and participants of the future.
