Physical Education 8

In Eighth Grade Physical Education students will meet every other day. Students are expected to have gym clothes (other than their school clothes for that day) consisting of a T-shirt, shorts, socks, and gym shoes. Students should have a separate pair of gym shoes for indoor use only.

Fitness is the main goal of Physical Education and Participation is the main thing students are graded on. Other components of their grade come from skills and knowledge.
