Computer Labs
Room Summaries
The Lindsay Holy Family High school and Elementary Computer labs are here for student, faculty, and community use. Both labs are available for student and faculty use during unscheduled class times.
In the high school, we currently have 12 online desktop computers, and a black and white laser printer available.
In the elementary, we have 22 desktop machines, 1 scanner, and two networked laser printers available. This lab's schedule is detailed on my schedule page.
In our "Computer Exploration" classes, no letter grades will be issued. Projects to be covered includes isafe internet safety, basic computer use, beginning typing, student email, and working on regular classroom projects using the tools available in the lab. Sites listed on my home page will be used for daily computer activities.
Special project tools available for K-12 include a digital camera, digital video camara, and two laptop computers.
Additional 'mini labs' are available throughout our school for student use.
Library - 3 Accelerated Reader and internet research workstations sharing one printer.
English - 4 multimedia computers, a scanner, a photo printer, and a laser printer for yearbook creation.
Business - 4 multimedia computers for web site and dvd production, a scanner, and a laser printer.
Religion - 2 computers for web access and typing.
Math - 1 computer for student math practice.
Spanish - 1 computer for online student spanish practice.
