You may search for you own information.  A word of caution, however, some sites are slanted towards a specific cause and may not offer both sides to the amendment.  For example, there are pro-death penalty sites and anti-death penalty sites.  Be sure to look at each and know what point of view(s) the authors are wishing to convey.
