American Government Out-of-Class Assignment

American Government Outside of Class Assignment.

For each quarter, you are required to go to a local government meeting. At this meeting you need to report on the following items:
1) The proceedings of the meeting and
2) Your thoughts of the went on there;
3) What you learned from going to the meeting.
You need to take a meeting sheet to the meeting. The door in my room on the beige trays locates these sheets. There will be a different color for each quarter. If you want to you can do both meetings for the semester in the first and third quarters, you may.

The report needs to be typed and handed in no longer that two days after the meeting. Any time later is considered late. Ten points are taken off the grade for each day that it is late.

Please plan ahead. This is a 100 point assignment and very important. This grade is also considered a test grade. Test grades count more than other grades as stated above.
