Foundations
I
am from Elwood, Nebraska. I attended Elwood Public Schools and
was graduated in 1978,
along with 16 other students. I am apreciative of the influence my
parents, family, and teachers, as well as the community in which I was raised
have had upon my career choice and the decisions that I make each
day. My two sisters now live in Omaha while my parents and much of my extended family still reside in the Elwood area.
Family
Much
of my time during the school year is spent at school. My lovely wife,
pictured below, enjoys watching Palmer students involved in music and
athletic activities as well as watching her two sons compete in
athletics at Centrua.
In
the summer, I try to spend more time at the ballpark than at the
school. Below is a shot taken at sunset, from behind home plate, at
Jensen Park, in Boelus.
