Meet Mrs. Johnson

Welcome to the Boone Central Elementary Library Media Center. My
name is Peggy Johnson and this is my 6th year as Library Media
Specialist at BC Elementary.
Prior to this position, I taught
4th grade at BC. Previously, I taught in New Orleans, Louisiana;
Hilbert, Wisconsin; Howells, Nebraska. I have my Bachelor≠s
Degree in Elementary Education, and I will be receiving my Master≠s
Degree in Media/Instructional Technology this year.
My husband,
Arnold, is the head football coach of the Boone Central
Cardinals. He teaches Physical Education, Psychology, Sociology,
and Nebraska History.
We have
two wonderful daughters. Ashley is a senior at UNK and majoring
in Tour/Travel with an emphasis on Marketing. Lisa is a sophomore
at
Midland Lutheran College, and she intends on going into church work.
 
Our
family loves to travel together. We have been to all 50 United
States and several countries. Playing games and relaxing together
is also enjoyable.
I am excited to serve as your Library
Media Specialist, and I encourage you to stop by the LMC and be a part
of our reading and learning activities.
