I was born in McCook, Nebraska and later moved to Aurora, Nebraska. I am a graduate of Aurora High School. I attended Kearney State College where I received my teaching degree in art education.

I have taught art in Albion since 1989. Coaching duties: Asst. Football and Asst. Track.
